Guided by Michelle Chua, Certified Reiki practitioner, join us for an introduction to forest-bathing, a nature walk and sound meditation! The event will consist of:
- Introduction to Shinrin-Yoku, or forest-bathing, and Reiki
- Guided mindfulness and nature walk with intermittent sitting and discussion
- Closing Sound Meditation while receiving Reiki energy healing
